How we handle your personal data

This website uses no profiling or analytics tools: we only process the data you send us through the contact form, in order to reply. Details follow, as required by Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is ENERGICAMENTE S.R.L., registered office at Piazza G. Marconi, 15, 00144 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT 13909621008.

For any request about your data, write to info@enme.it.

Data we process

We process only two categories of data:

  • data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: full name, email, message and, if you choose, company and phone number;
  • technical browsing data logged automatically by the server hosting the website (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), needed for the site to work securely.

Purposes and legal basis

Contact form data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Browsing data is processed to keep the website running and secure, based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for newsletters, marketing or profiling, and we make no automated decisions.

Providing your data

Providing contact form data is optional, but the fields marked as required are needed for us to reply. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by email or phone.

Processing and recipients

Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures, by authorised staff only.

It may be processed, as data processors (Art. 28 GDPR), by our technical providers: website hosting, form delivery service and email. Data is never published or sold to third parties.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Contact form data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and no longer than 24 months, unless a contract follows: in that case the statutory retention periods for contractual and tax records apply.

Browsing data is kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider, unless needed to investigate unlawful activity.

Your rights

You can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time:

  • access to your data and a copy of it;
  • rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • erasure and restriction of processing;
  • data portability;
  • objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

Exercising your rights and complaints

To exercise your rights, write to info@enme.it: we reply within 30 days.

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali): https://www.garanteprivacy.it
